 Computex 2009 - Day 1 - Hello Nangang

Noctua

As a reviewer you may not be biased or subjective. But fact is, when cooling design is as good as Noctua always offers, well that's hard to beat really. Noctua as such is my favorite cooling company. And yes yes, that is a bit of a bold statement I know. But their coolers are so freakishly scarily silent and then on top of that... offer the best cooling performance you'll find (for heatpipe based cooling). So with that in mind, sure, they are not the cheapest... but damn their coolers are so fine!

Let's have a peek at what Noctua had on display shall we?

Computex 2009 - Day 1

Noctua is the king of cooling. They have a new fan.

Computex 2009 - Day 1

You might recognize the cooler unit itself there. It's the NH-C12P, one of the best coolers money can get you really. On top of it also a new design cooler, 140mm if I remember correctly. It will bring this combo even more cooling performance.

Computex 2009 - Day 1

It's always interesting to see Noctua working on new design coolers. Here we have a big dual-fan cooled heatpipe cooler that is undergoing the design process. Two big fans unite, loads of heat pipes and the ability to have them cooled with two fans. Noctua expect to shave off another 8 degrees C over the previous NH-C12P cooler. That is massively interesting.

Computex 2009 - Day 1

And for the new Xeon 5500 processors here we have a new cooler as well.
