Well packaged .. The unit arrived without any damage whatsoever.

The Freezone is actually packaged in a styrofoam box so it could be protected from any bumps and tosses which the package might encounter during the shipping.

All the way on the right you can see the retention bars included in the kit, the Freezone works with Intel 478, 775 CPUs and AMD 754, 939, 940 and AM2.

Included in the packaging are:

  1. Chiller Module
  2. Fluid Heat Exchanger (CPU Block)
  3. Chiller Module Screws (4)
  4. AMD Retention Bars
  5. Intel 478 Retention Bars
  6. 12cm Fan Adapter Kit (120mm to 92mm)
  7. Tool (Tightening Tool)
  8. Intel 775 Retention Bars
  9. Thumb Screws (4)
  10. Motherboard Stand-offs (4)
  11. Gigabyte MB Stand-offs (4)
  12. Thermal Control Module
  13. AMD AM2 Retention Bars

The Freezone CPU Cooler supports all ATX motherboards, most BTX motherboards, and most mATX motherboards.

The Freezone is an interesting product. It’s designed as an all-in-one internal water cooling kit, but different from others. Here we see the Freezone it comes with a dual thermal plate heatsink, 6-TECS, two laminar flow FHEs, and a low speed 92mm fan. To your left you can see the pump. The pump’s dimensions are 50 x 50 x 75 mm, its noise is less than 15dBA.
It has a life cycle of 50,000 hrs.

The black cable coming off the pump is actually a fan connector which goes to the motherboard’s CPU connector to receive the power for the pump. mind you that you'll need the motherboard out of the case to install the CPU block itself.

Really, you don’t even have to apply your own thermal paste.  The thermal compound is protected with a plastic cover during shipping. It seems to be Artic Silver thermal paste.
