Gigabyte Aivia K8100 gaming keyboard review

Gigabyte Aivia 8100

Gigabyte Aivia 8100It hasn't been that long ago since we last reviewed a multi-media wireless keyboard set from Gigabyte. In fact the KM7600 we reviewed back in May already was a first and seriously good indication that Gigabyte was tapping into a new market. That product was quite good for the money and today we'll be checking out a keyboard, more catered to our style and liking, a gamers keyboard.

Nothing wireless, everything wired to wipe out latency, customizable and programmable macro's, good weight responsive keys and looks that somehow resemble Ferrari's and Lamborghini cars. See the products as tested are offered in a variety of colors, Ferrari Black and Red, and Lamborghini Yellow. Now of course Gigabyte does not admit that they 'lend' that idea from the car makers licensing wise, but ... well you'll see the resemblance.

So the design concept was simple, make a cool looking keyboard targeted at gamers that actually qualifies for gamers in functionality and looks. It should appeal to you and be very functional. Gigabyte certainly succeeded as the K8100 as tested today will at the very least interest you. Functionality and looks is what it's all about with this 69 USD costing, Aivia K8100 keyboard.

Will it be able to compete with names as Razer and Logitech ? Well, let's find out. Shades on please -- we gotza bright & yellow one :)
