Enhanced full Dynamic lighting maximum image quality settings. As stated, these settings are pretty insane and only really do-able with the latest high-end graphics cards. We weeded out the older GPU's as there really was no point. Check it out.
So overall, the graphics are much better the only issue is the optimization is a little off if you have a lower-end specced card. you will be forced to select lower image quality settings in higher resolutions, your best bet is to disable the enhanced lighting to get a smooth frame rate.
