And here we have the CNPS 10X Quiet model. Roughly 10 EUR cheaper than the Extreme model. Yet it should be more silent but will come with roughly the very same performance level.

Here's a photo of the included kit, we see brackets and mounts for the entire scope of supported processor sockets: Intel socket 1156, 1366, 775 and AMD AM3, AM2(+), 940,939 and 754.

Also we see a little fan controller allowing you to set fan RPM 700 ~ 1400 rpm with the Fan Mate controller.  The Quiet comes with a Fan Mate 2 while the Extreme has a PWM Mate.

The fin and basic design is exactly the same as the Extreme, again we see that there are five heatpipes to be found in a U-shape. Thus the cooler should be able to draw an amazing 340W of heat (!). Dimensions are measuring at 130 x 93 x 157mm (W x D x H),

No Nickel plating for this cooler though, aluminum fins and a pure copper base. Again nicely mirror lapped.
